Tidy Sushi / Terms & conditions
Terms & conditions
Last updated September 30, 2026
These terms cover Tidy Sushi (listed as Tidy Sushi: Sort Puzzle) and its website, provided by Gordon Tucker, an independent developer in Utah, United States.
Using the game
Tidy Sushi is intended for players aged 13 and older. You may use it for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and the rules of the store where you obtain it. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms in your country, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them with you.
For copies downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the application license. These terms describe the game and related services and do not replace that license or mandatory consumer rights.
Purchases and game items
Where offered, Remove Ads is an optional, one-time purchase that removes automatic between-level ads. Optional ads for rewards may still be offered. Prices, currencies, taxes, and availability are shown by the App Store before you confirm a purchase.
Coins earned in the game are used for gameplay supplies. Coins and supplies have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other players. Table settings and other round appearances are free and selected automatically as you play.
Use Restore purchases in Settings to restore eligible purchases using the App Store account that bought them. Apple processes payments and refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Nothing here removes any refund or other remedy you are entitled to by law.
Ads and optional rewards
Ad availability depends on the provider, your device, and connection. Rewards are granted when the provider confirms the required ad completion and the game can save the result. Closing an ad early may mean no reward is earned. Availability and refill limits are shown in the game.
Progress and online features
The game stores progress locally. Use available backup tools and keep your backups safe, particularly before changing devices or removing app data. Purchases and advertising depend on services operated by other companies and may sometimes be unavailable. The campaign does not require a game account.
Updates may adjust puzzles, balance, or features. If a change affects a paid feature, applicable consumer remedies still apply.
Fair use and ownership
Do not use the game or website unlawfully, interfere with their operation, or bypass purchase verification. Do not redistribute the app or its assets without permission, except where allowed by law or the applicable license.
The game and original website content belong to Gordon Tucker or their respective licensors. Third-party names, assets, and services remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains information handling and your choices. Agreement to these terms does not replace consent needed for optional statistics, tracking, or other data processing.
Availability and responsibility
I work to keep Tidy Sushi enjoyable and reliable, but cannot promise that the game or website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided as available, without additional guarantees beyond those required by law or the applicable license.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections. The law and dispute provisions of Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement apply to the App Store application license. For other matters, Utah law applies only to the extent it does not override protections you have under the laws where you live.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the game develops. The revision date will change, and notice or renewed agreement will be provided when required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have.
